Drawing
Drawing II
Drawing is the foundation for all art to follow. This enriching course is open to all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals to experienced artists seeking to refine their techniques. Explore the fascinating world of drawing as we delve into proportions, perspective, shading, and composition. Sculpture
Sculpting like Rodin for a day! Set out on a sculpting adventure that welcomes 3-D artists of every skill level. Students will dive into the unique challenges of mastering form, balance, and mark making. Learn the tactile response of additive and subtractive techniques to build expressive, and/or representational sculptures.

Watercolor
Watercolor fundaments include washes, color mixing, textures, patterns and brush techniques; all in a variety of subjects. Explore the versatility and charm of watercolors, learning essential techniques such as washes, glazing, wet-on-wet, and more. Discover how to capture the beauty of landscapes, still life, and vibrant portraits with the luminous and transparent nature of watercolors. Our expert instructors will guide you through each step, offering personalized feedback to help you refine your skills and develop your own unique artistic style. Materials provided.

Draw, Paint, Sculpt
Draw Paint Sculpt, for our youngest artists, is an all inclusive class is where students can step into a world of boundless creativity. Whether it is a one day project; or, a carefully planned execution of a multi-week painting or sculpture, students strengthen their skill moving through the various mediums. Every week builds the foundation for a lifetime love for art, creating, and collaboration.
Ninety minute class

Students choose their medium: draw, paint, or sculpt

Teen Art
Teen Art Classes, where creativity knows no bounds! Fridays cater to creatives of all skill levels, offering a diverse range of artistic mediums to explore. From drawing and painting to sculpture and mixed media, you'll embark on a thrilling journey to unleash your imagination and express your unique vision. Our expert instructors will guide you through fundamental techniques, encouraging experimentation and artistic growth. Embrace the freedom to discover your preferred style and discover the joy of creating captivating and meaningful artworks.

Life Model
Practice with a live model! This is an uninstructed opportunity to refine your artistic skills through direct observation and interpretation of live models. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, you'll explore various drawing and painting techniques to represent the human figure with depth and accuracy. Use the time learning to observe and master proportions, anatomy, light, and shadow, while infusing your artworks with emotion and expression. Enroll now to hone your artistic eye and embrace the beauty of live model art!

After School Art
After‑School Art Program – a flexible times and space where kids can finish homework, make art & crafts, or simply hang out. Open daily from 2:30 to 7:00 PM, students have the option to drop in for 90‑minutes or longer to work on their chosen project.

A watercolor sketchbook or visual journal (Strathmore or Canson XL watercolor pad, 140lb)
Transparent Tracing Paper, Manila paper, or glassine paper for protection
One mop or wash brush, Three rounds: small #2-4, medium #5-6, large #8-10, One rigger and one flat
Painting board, artist tape, clips and regular tape (You may not need these items if you use a block.)
Graphite pencils: HB, 2B, or 4B 5. White plastic eraser and Kneaded Eraser. Pen with waterproof ink fine point
Watercolor Palette, Water container, Spray Bottle, Brush holder, Towels
Use professional grade paint and have at least 1-2 triads. It’s preferred to get one warm and one cool triad. You can use either a pan set or tube paints. A pan set is convenience for traveling and outdoor sketch.
