Drawing

Drawing II

Drawing is the foundation for all art to follow. This enriching course is open to all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals to experienced artists seeking to refine their techniques. Explore the fascinating world of drawing as we delve into proportions, perspective, shading, and composition. Sculpture

Sculpting like Rodin for a day! Set out on a sculpting adventure that welcomes 3-D artists of every skill level. Students will dive into the unique challenges of mastering form, balance, and mark making. Learn the tactile response of additive and subtractive techniques to build expressive, and/or representational sculptures.

Watercolor

Watercolor fundaments include washes, color mixing, textures, patterns and brush techniques; all in a variety of subjects. Explore the versatility and charm of watercolors, learning essential techniques such as washes, glazing, wet-on-wet, and more. Discover how to capture the beauty of landscapes, still life, and vibrant portraits with the luminous and transparent nature of watercolors. Our expert instructors will guide you through each step, offering personalized feedback to help you refine your skills and develop your own unique artistic style. Materials provided.

Draw, Paint, Sculpt

Draw Paint Sculpt, for our youngest artists, is an all inclusive class is where students can step into a world of boundless creativity. Whether it is a one day project; or, a carefully planned execution of a multi-week painting or sculpture, students strengthen their skill moving through the various mediums. Every week builds the foundation for a lifetime love for art, creating, and collaboration.

Our expert instructors will guide you through fundamental techniques, encouraging experimentation and artistic growth. Life Model

Practice with a live model!  This is an uninstructed opportunity to refine your artistic skills through direct observation and interpretation of live models. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, you'll explore various drawing and painting techniques to represent the human figure with depth and accuracy. Use the time learning to observe and  master proportions, anatomy, light, and shadow, while infusing your artworks with emotion and expression. Enroll now to hone your artistic eye and embrace the beauty of live model art!

After‑School Art Program – a flexible times and space where kids can finish homework, make art & crafts, or simply hang out. Open daily from 2:30  to 7:00 PM, students have the option to drop in for 90‑minutes or longer to work on their chosen project.
