This Abstract Painting Workshop will focus on composition as shape, form, color and line . You can decide to what  degree of independence from visual references in the world you want to represent.

There are deeper levels of consciousness within the physical and spiritual worlds. Untapped feelings, desires and dreams come to the surface through letting go of the familiar know world of form. By allowing your deeper self to shine through, a new world of imagery where paint, texture, color, values and composition can come alive in beautiful free form paintings.

When we take our attention off of rendering an object, it guides us to concentrate on balance composition, focal point but most of all, our souls!”

What attracts you – warm, cool, dark or light colors?
What drives you – soft edges, painterly strokes, or bold palette knife painting?
Let us guide you and see what comes through you.
